    • Psychiatric - severe - £32,000 - £67,200
    • Psychiatric - moderate - £3,450 - £11,200
    • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder - £2,300 - £58,500
  • Back Injuries

    • Back Injury - severe - Up to £98,500
    • Back Injury - moderate - Up to £22,650
    • Back Injury - minor - Up to £7,125
    • Shoulder Injury - severe - Up to £28,000
    • Shoulder Injury - minor - Up to £4,575
    • Chest Injuries - Up to £87,500
  • Arm Injuries

    • Arm Injury - severe - £56,000 - £76,350
    • Arm - fracture to forearm - £3,800 - £11,200
    • Elbow Injury - severe - Up to £32,000
    • Elbow - moderate or minor - Up to £7,375
    • Wrist Injuries - Up to £34,850
    • Hand Injury - serious - Up to £36,125
    • Index Finger - fracture - Up to £7,125
  • Leg Injuries

    • Hip and Pelvis Injuries - severe - Up to £76,350
    • Hip and Pelvis Injuries - moderate - £15,500 - £22,650
    • Leg Injury - severe - Up to £79,000
    • Leg Injury - less serious - Up to £16,300
    • Knee Injury - severe - Up to £56,000
    • Knee Injury - involving dislocation - Up to £15,500
    • Ankle- severe - Up to £29,000
    • Ankle - modest - Up to £8,150
    • Toe - simple fracture - Up to £3,300
  • Body

    • Paraplegia - £127,250 - £165,500
    • Quadriplegia - £188,250 - £235,000

* There are some exceptions to the 3 year rule. In the case of a child, a claim can be made any time up until the child reaches the age of 21. There are very few other exceptions.
